Coupons

Prozis offers several types of coupons, with different purposes and conditions of use, which customer may choose. However, the use of any coupon will depend on the application and validation of the respective identification code in the text box specifically made available, for that purpose, in the first step of the ordering process.

The existing coupons are:

• Refund coupons
• Coupons for shipping products with an upcoming order
• Commercial coupons
• Promotional campaign coupons
• Balance accumulation coupons

Refund coupons

Aimed to expedite the refund to the customer and taking the form of alphanumeric codes, the refund coupons are provided by the Customer Support Service, via helpdesk. These coupons result from the treatment of incidents related to products sent by Prozis or from returns made by customers and always correspond to the amount paid for the product in question, as a discount on future orders. A refund coupon is valid for 12 months from the date of its creation and can be used multiple times. Thus, the coupon will only be inactive when the balance and / or its validity has expired. Being cumulative coupons, their use does not prevent the simultaneous use of other coupons.

Product shipping coupons on future order

These coupons are a product replacement option made available by Prozis. Taking the form of alphanumeric codes, are provided by the Customer Support Service, via helpdesk. For this reason, the product shipping coupons result from the treatment of incidents related to products sent by Prozis or from returns made by customers.

With these coupons, customers may add the products in question to their new order, at no extra cost. The respective validity will be determined and communicated when the coupon is suggested / created.

Commercial coupons

Commercial coupons result from the interaction between the customer and the Customer Support Service, in the context of exchange of suggestions, improvements and complaints. Reflecting Prozis' constant concern with raising the level of customer satisfaction, these coupons take the form of alphanumeric codes and are provided by the Customer Support Service, via helpdesk.These coupons are intended for a one-time use only, so the non-full use of the respective amount implies the loss of the right to the remaining balance. The respective validity will be determined and communicated when the coupon is suggested / created.

Promotional campaign coupons

Promotional campaign coupons allow the customer to benefit from promotions disseminated through Prozis' direct communication means, such as e-mail or social networks, or by Prozis partners or representatives / athletes. These coupons are presented in the form of alphanumeric or exclusively alphabetic codes.

The promotions obtained through this type of coupons are immediately reflected in the shopping cart, be it an effective discount on the order value or the addition of offer products.

The validity and use of this type of coupons is specific to each campaign and is subject to the conditions described in the media.

Balance accumulation coupons

These coupons are designed to allow customers to better manage their purchases at Prozis. Although they can also fit into the category of promotional campaign coupons, their mechanics are completely different from the previous ones since the only similarity is that they result from promotional campaigns that Prozis makes available to the customer.

In this context, Prozis allows the customer to accumulate balance in the form of a discount coupon. Considering the total value of products paid by the customer and identified for the promotional campaign, as well as the percentage defined for it, the value corresponding to the discount percentage is calculated and a code is created for application on a future order, within the respective validity. Taking the form of alphanumeric or exclusively alphabetic codes, the discount code is sent together with the invoice of the order on which it has been obtained.

In case the customer has opted for the cash on delivery payment method*, the coupon will only be active after confirmation of payment by the Prozis' financial department, which happens approximately 3 weeks after the delivery of the order.

These coupons are intended for a one-time use only, so the non-full use of the respective amount implies the loss of the right to the remaining balance. The application of this type of coupon cannot be combined with other coupons of the same nature or with other types of coupons, with the exception of refund coupons. In turn, the use of this type of coupons does not allow the accumulation of balance in the form of a coupon in the event of a new balance accumulation campaign in force. This means that, when applying a coupon obtained in a previous campaign, the customer will not be able to accumulate balance with the campaign that may be in force on the date of the order confirmation to which that coupon has been applied.

The amount charged as shipping costs cannot be paid with the application of a balance accumulation coupon. The validity of use of these coupons is 90 days after their activation.

In case of return of products purchased under a previous balance accumulation campaign, the use of the accumulated balance in the current purchase implies an adjustment in the balance value, proportional to the value gained with the purchase of that same product.
